Juliana Ng has more than 30 years experience specialising in tax advisory in regional and international situations. A former tax partner with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, she has worked closely with multinational and local companies from a wide range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, business reorganisation, cross-border and domestic transactions and restructuring.

A certified financial planner, Juliana is consultant to individuals and families in South-East Asia, in particular Singapore and Indonesia, on their family wealth and succession planning . She also advises business owners and entrepreneurs on structuring their company or a group of companies to maximise tax efficiency and enhance the value of their business.

Juliana holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the University of Singapore. She is a certified financial planner and is a retired member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She was formerly an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) under the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.

 

I believe it's critical my client makes his or her own decision on what is best for them and their family. My role is to offer my client the best advice - facilitate their decisions and alerting them to the various implications, pitfalls and advantages to the different strategies and options available to them.
